1. Are you a manufacturer/factory or a trading company?
We are factory and specialized in microfiber towels/cloth manufacturing for more than 15 years, doing OEM&ODM orders of different kinds of microfiber towels, microfiber cleaning cloth products.
2. Where is your factory located in and if sea shipping or air shipping is available?
Our factory is located in Yuanshi industry zone, Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province China and our postal code is 051130. We are about 350 Km away from Tianjin Port and 650 Km away from Qingdao Port. If we do exporting go with air shipping, we can go from Beijing Airport or Shanghai Airport.
3. How many stuffs and workers are working in your factory and the factory capacity please?
There are about 100-120 workers are working in our factory on normal working days and the daily capacity is about 350,000-400,000 Pcs ordinary cleaning towels towels manufactured.
4. If OEM samples are acceptable? That is customize the towels based on the sizes, colors, fabric weight(gsm)and the labels, stickers and logos and so on?
Yes, we are OK to do a sample totally same with the towels/fabric samples parameters clients provided, towels sizes, colors, knitting styles, contents, washing labels, package and a printed logo or punched logo.
5. How many days it is needed to do a customized sample?
When the clients needed a microfiber towels with common parameters fabric made and there are stocked fabric in our warehouse, it will take about 3-4 days to finish the samples. But if there are special package or particular fabric that need to be designed and knitted, the time should be longer but will not more than 2 weeks though.
6. What is the normal shipping ways for an exporting order?
For most container amount orders, the most economy shipping way is sea shipping.But also there are some orders go with railway shipping especially for inland countries such as Poland, Germany.For some emergency orders, we go with air shipping or international express shipping. But after all, this is negotiable with clients and can be decided based on the real situations and status.
7. How many days it is always take to do a mass quantity order?
For container orders, it will take about 35-45 days. And if the order is a customized order, as the package and the colors, fabric (gsm) are specially indicated, it will always take longer time to be finished. But if the fabric are warehouse stocked in our factory, the samples making will go faster and more easier to be fulfilled.
8. What exhibitions you attend to and how does a face to face business negotiation carried out?
We keep regularly attend to Automechanika Frankfurt Exhibitions, Automechanika Shanghai Exhibitions. Also we attend to the MIMS exhibition, Canton Fair and some online exhibitions.
